Brazilian National Standards

The Brazilian National Standards Organization, Associação Brasileira de Normas Técnicas (ABNT) in Portuguese, is the normative body which is responsible for technical standards in Brazil.

It is a founding member of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), the Panamerican Standards Commission (COPANT) and the Associação Mercosul de Normalização (AMN).

ABNT is also the exclusive representative of Brazil in the international organizations ISO and IEC and in the regional entities COPANT and AMN.

Under ABNT category, you can find contents about some of the technical standards. We can also provide technical translation services, in case you need.
